Programs, rates, terms and conditions may change without notice. All programs are not available in all states. There is no guarantee that all borrowers will qualify. Restrictions may apply. Equal Credit Opportunity
The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicant on the bases of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (providing the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program; or because applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
Home Mortgage Disclosure Act
The Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (“HMDA”) requires institutions to report loan data by lending transacted and acquired each year.
The HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending ae available online for review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available online. For more information, visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s website (www.consumerfinance.gov/hmda).
